1984 Editure commenced operations in Australia in 1984 under the name CSM Group Limited.
Initial focus was on information, communication and technology (“ICT”) products and services.
1995 Expanded into software development and support services.
1999 Successfully tendered and won two multi-million dollar ICT contracts in Australia and Asia.
2000 Expanded into education and training market via acquisition of corporate IT training business based in Australia.
2001 Won two multi-million dollar government contracts, one with the NT Department of Education to provide ICT services to all state schools and one with the Victorian state government to provide software applications.
2002 Acquired Howarths, an Australian corporate accounting and consulting business called Howarths.
2004 Acquired Applied Data Control (“ADC”), an Australian ICT services and security business.
2005 Acquired Myinternet, an educational software business based in Australia. Divested the majority of Howarths via a management buyout.
2006 Education software business won new contracts in the UK, New Zealand and South Africa.
Divested corporate training business via a sale to an Australian publicly-listed company (IBT Education).
The Company changed its name to Editure Limited.
2007 Acquired AUSSIE PD, a United States based teacher professional development business.
Education software business won first contract in the United States.
2008 Educational customer base approaches 7,500 schools worldwide.
Exited the majority of the Australian ICT business via a management buyout.
2009
Editure acquired all the assets and operations of TeachFirst, a leading provider of professional development services to schools throughout the United States.
