Major Events

  • 2015:  Editure completed a follow-on investment in the US holding company New Era Technology (formerly AAV Holding Corporation). New Era Technology acquires Promedia Technology Services based in New Jersey.  Editure merges its existing New Era business with New Era Technology.
  • 2014:  Editure exited its position as the largest shareholder of Kip McGrath Education Centres Limited, an Australian Stock Exchange listed education company, via a sale of its shares to a group of Australian and New Zealand institutional investors.
  • 2013:  The acquisition of Advanced AV by Editure and Gemini Investors closed.
